San Elijo Ranch just has a 2006yb home of 2200 SqFt w/3 car garage sell at $375,000. There are a couple more listings in that neighborhood at similar or even lower prices.
It would be an easier commute, the neighborhood is a lot larger and newer, and the elementary school is right there. It’s an easier commute to Sorrento Valley, too.
