…..As kidding as folks who talk about playing the jingle keys, staying in homes not paying any rent or mortgage payments, taxing more people who make/save more when they decide to go on a spending spree, funding GM/Chrysler, funding AIG bonuses, funding TARP. Yeah, we got great role models in our government and the public when it comes to ethics. Diane Feinstein and her hubby are walking examples of some of those great ethics. -(
No, I won’t because I probably will not participate in the REO/Short Sales Shenanigans until (if) after the dust settles and all the speculatory blood is out of most common people.
Sort of hard to be ethical in a generally unethical country led by an equally unethical government. The way I look at it, if i were to do this, I’d be doing the banks a favor in the long run…Because at least I would be paying my bills on time….Call that a premium tax banks will pay for having credit worthy customers.
