Russell, I have come to the conclusion that there is no item of horrible news regarding RE and Temecula that you will not try to spin positive. Dude, bull dozing new homes is a giant, earth shattering, ugly ugly sign of a complete RE meltdown. There is no positive spin.
Let’s play a game called “How would Russell the realtor respond?”
News flash:
Temecula water supply tainted with E-coli.
Russell posts:
Toughens up the digestive tract. No more Montezuma’s revenge when you vist TJ!

News flash:
Temecula soil found to have high levels of radiation!
Russell posts:
Temecula back yard gardens yield record breaking vegetables!
Thanks for that good sense of humor! This was very funny!
Of course there has been a real estate meltdown, this demolition is the wreckage. It’s a huge failure to tear down houses and shut down a project or realign it. It takes time for these thing to happen. There were long negotiations with the planning department, probably lots of lawyers involved to settle things between the lenders and the failed businesses involved. This is not the start of disaster it is part of clean-up.
These houses not getting built removes some downward pressure in the housing market. This is supply and demand common sense.
It is not that I want to spin everything. In this case it is you who is bending the signs of a housing market crash to excess.
Have a nice weekend. It’s a good time to buy a house.
