Rosalena, Waters End, San Pacifico, Poinsettia Cove, etc are finally coming down in price. Pretty impressive! Houses in Waters End are starting to LIST below $700k and some of the REOS in there are just sitting and sitting in the low 700s. Rosalena is going in the low 700s and some will almost certainly sell in the mid-600s. San Pacifico has one in there now that has had at least one price drop so low 500s for a decent amount of square footage close to the beach is in someone’s future.
Makes you wonder what is going on.
Meanwhile, one on Bay Collection just closed for 880. Are we at bottom or do we still have more room to fall?
