Nah, not housing envy at all. Envy would be those houses along the shores :-). This is more like, oh, I didn’t know development like these exists and I wonder if there are more like it around SD because this is the kind of feel that I desire. Since I hate commuting with a passion, anywhere other than MM right now is no good for me.
