Reminds me of an interesting story though. Our kids attended Valle Lindo school. Many of the kids there were Hispanic. When my wife would go pick up our son after school, she would bring our two year old. All three, wife and 2 kids, are blonder than blonde and very pale skinned. I went with them one day and an absolute mob of hispanic mothers and their babies surrounded my wife and 2 year old, trying to get a good look at the little blonde kid.
I commented about how it was almost like she was a rock star, and she said “oh yeah, this happens every day!”.
