Reagan and Elder Bush offered amnesty. I don’t think things are in concrete the way you say they are all the time. Republicans helped with gays in the military recently. Hillary is globalist in the sense of getting foreign development rights, access to markets and cheap labor for the super wealthily and will continue to use the military for those purposes all despite democrats allegedly being for the middle class and more Dovish.
