The street where I live in PQ is packed with cars parked along the curb. And I’m pretty sure that there are no illegals here. Just an established neighborhood. Two parents with one car each, every teenager gets a car for his/her 16th birthday, maybe a weekend toy – one can easily have 5 cars in a typical household. Since no one puts their cars in the garage (which is filled with junk and maybe a motorcycle), and there are only 2 parking spots in front of the garage, there’s no choice but to parallel park.
