I have advice for you…..
Move.
Using an old realtor adage… Location, location, location, location.
Otherwise, more tactical, see if you and your other neighbors are willing to go to the HOA board and try to make it uncomfortable for that said family so they move. Or get yourself a hidden video camera, get the guy dealing drugs filmed and turn it in.
However, with two juvi’s I wouldn’t want to mess with them if I had family to consider.
I’d opt for my first advice, because my family and personal safety are more important than any dollar amount.
