Precisely. I have a bird feeder and the more I feed them, the more the word gets out and the more they eat. Fortunately, I have decided to fill the feeder once a week and the rest of the time, they have to eat bugs and pick up what they spill. Maybe they go look for more feeders. I enjoy watching them, but I have set limits to how many times I fill the feeder for them. Some of the doves are starting to look like cornish game hens. It is the same analogy. If we do not limit the amount of assistance for all, but those who for some extreme medical reason cannot work, then there will not be second and third generations waiting to be fed, housed and clothed. That is not good for anyone.
