Poway is a big place. I always thought of it as kidney bean shaped, sort of a big U, running from Espola rd on the north to poway road on the south. Its filled in alot since I graduated from high school though. It seemed to me that it was always a pretty middle class area, except for Garden rd. That was where the WT lived. Maybe things have changed, areas have shifted? It was definitely conservative.
