Personally that kind of noise drives me nuts but you are the one that might be living there. You pretty much always will have some sort of noise in a condo and being a end unit should help your cause.
If you are getting a great deal on the condo then might be smart to go forward because if noise bothers you too much in the future then you could sell and still break even or make a little.
