Wow. They did indeed stick a 3 car garage onto a 5000 sf lot. Those builders are true masters of optimization.
If you don’t think that 775k is completely nuts for either house (I do), take a stroll in front of both houses and compare your feelings.
Corte Al Fresco is two blocks from a park. I don’t see anything like that near the house on Briarcrest. There’s a pool and a small playground at the end of the street, they look like they belong to the apartment complex.
P.S. That’s not a true apartment complex, that’s low-income subsidized housing – “Windwood Village”. Ouch.
