Isn’t that just what he said? If my post doesn’t convey that I apologize for my vagueness. And the legal assistance is free, just as free as my obstetric care would be if his wife came in in labor. 🙂
He did say he would try to negotiate the best deal possible for my circumstances, shoud a NOT be taped to the door.
I’m not sure the landlord has given up quite yet. I think the lender is working under the assumption that it is owner occupied, as the NOD had the landlord’s name identified at my address. Imagine using something as arcane as a mortgage document that states the place is owner occupied to make such an idiotic assumption!
