Park@54 is right in the middle of City heights, across the street from Colina Del Sol park and Crawford Hight school. Between El Cajon Blvd and University Ave. This area is blighted, to say the least. Gangs run rampant and sirens/helicopters are a nightly occurance. A melting pot of Somalians, Vietnamese, Cambodians, Central and South Americans, etc. Any agent who described this a the “college area” is blowing smoke up your you-know-what. Run in the opposite direction and never look back. You owe it to your children to do your homework and find a more suitable area to raise them. I graduated from USC and lived off campus in the college area of south central L.A. And survived. Nuff said. Porkman
