One of my friends had a wedding party at a friend of his’s home up in Santa Monica 3 weeks ago that I went to. It was a 1BR/1BA house on a gated property of about 15,000 sq ft lot with pool/spa, outdoor kitchen and a 5 car garage. He remodelled the place to be the ultimate bachelor pad and it was stunning. It had a batting cage too.
