Oh, one more thing Jumby. If you post on this site you are not allowed to talk about doing well or gaining wealth in real estate. If you do, you will be labeled as an attention whore or someone who claims to be better then everyone because you have done well. This is the reason why 4plex was coy with his answer.
I’ve never seen anyone on this site be mean or spiteful just because another poster has done well with their investments. And I’ve been here a while.
