Oh, I forgot! The residents of “gridlocked Nirvana” never HELOC the crap out of their properties, charge up their CC’s and not pay them, they pay ALL their taxes on time and never have child support orders that they aren’t paying on, etc. They’re ALL immune from the vagaries of life from behind those “pearly gates,” lol!
I would surmise that the civil/domestic records at the Vista courthouse would indicate otherwise ;=]
