as for north vs south, hands down south side of 4S is significantly better. one concern with Mission Ranch is it will be 1.5 miles deep away from the nearest major street (Camino Del Norte), with 4S and Ralph Ranch roads, you simply cant go very fast because of the large number of stop signs and homes they run thru.[/quote]
