ocrenter, that is a beautiful home for $799K in the link you provided (92084 zip). Being all one story (exc for “game room”) and very quiet, I think it would also make a great retirement home! Can’t find it on SDL so must be JTR’s exclusive listing?? Can’t determine if it lies within a CFD but am assuming it’s a custom or spec home. Perhaps it is in escrow or already sold.
