Obama obviously did not talk to Peter Ueberroth nor read his book, “Made in America” where he would have learned of the incredible corruption of the IOC.
By the time Barack and Michelle’s speeches were made, the venue was a closed issue.
After his UN presentation he must have thought the world was in his palm and wasn’t expecting this royal embarrassment. It will be interesting to see how this affects future relations.
