NPR ran a story last week that highlighted how low property taxes are in California due to prop 13 – and how prop 13 is real reason why California has budget problems.
All I wanted to do is scream!!!
I have decided to stop listening to NPR, I never knew NPR was on the California State Employee Union payroll.
