Nothing to get fussy about with the bidding war. The property had no market time. The moral of the story is market time. Great deals generally require going after what other people DON’T want and finding value in it that other people don’t see or can’t bring out. Now hopefully, in the future that applies to more properties at even lower prices. If it doesn’t happen…well that’s life… in Clairemont anyway.
