Not sure why this area or any area in particular would see appreciation when other areas are still showing decline. I’m sure the neighborhood is fine. But appreciation? Seems kinda of a large stretch to me.
Also, does seem interesting that when Santee comes up, there’s always an effort to try to sell Santee as being an up and coming. Why is that? No respect for the area or something?
