Not along the coast. Five Guys just opened in Encinitas. Kohls is about to open next door in an old Albertson’s location. Borders left and Urban Outfitters came to the Forum Shoppes. Pacific Coast Grill is expanding and moving to the Old Charlie’s by the Sea location on the 101. The just added a ton of new retail space at the Carlsbad Company Stores and we got a Roadrunner Sports store among other things. And perhaps the biggest (still unconfirmed) news is that Nordstron rack is coming to Encinitas town Center where Linen’s and things left whil;e Target next door isundergoing a substantial expansion/remodel. We are rocking along the coast!
