Northwood is in Orange County, in Irvine. But it turns out the real danger is in Peters Canyon, on the Tustin side of Portola and Jamboree (actually across Tustin Ranch Road). That’s just a small area and at first the news was reporting the problem in Northwood, but from what we can tell it’s in Tustin Ranch. The fire is minor in comparison to what’s going on in other areas.
