The most interesting thing is who these guys are and the depth of their pockets. Just another group of deep pocketed investors playing in the waters of the courthouse auctions for SoCal residential real estate. I always said it was a pros game and one the average Joe couldnt reasonably expect to wade into. I think this is more proof of that.
