In CA approx. 30 % of home owners with a mortgage owe about 100K more than they can sell for, sorry you just cannot have an economic recovery in conditions like that.
You cannot make up 20% of the economy with clean energy Jobs although it does make for a nice feel good speech.
Ask anyone you know who is unemployed or living on the street what they used to do for a living.
And no there is not an oversupply of homes.
