Did you read a few paragraphs down on that page. There are a lot more warnings and a notice that this may not be the complete list of side effects.
Even though warnings are not actually side effects( maybe it takes time) , injesting anything that comes with those kinds or warnings isn’t going to happen for the sake of my hair, it’s pretty darn serious in my mind.
