News flash. $1million +-200k home isn’t considered “high end”, unless you’re talking about $1million in say Texas
Well, it was sold last year @ $1.25M, so, $1.25M > $1million +-200k ;-). I guess if you’re gonna e-ball, might as well go a little higher and say anything south of $3M is not high end :-D.
