I started the thread in 2008 and people have posted comments over the years and still continue to post.
I haven’t posted NODs lately, but am hoping to resume posting them again soon. In any case, it gives you an indication of what’s going on in the complexes. Decipher for yourself and take what you will from it.
I am not sure the status of the litigation in the complexes. This is something that should be check before you purchase, at least I would.
