Newbies would have no place to live if there wasnt expansion. The population has grown so much in SD County there simply was not enough housing stock. Prior to the 1990’s SD was a military/resort town. It has grown and become far more sustainable. Progress and growth are inevitable particualrly in place with as much as SD has to offer. Sorry but you cant keep it a secret or keep it to yourself.
