New twist to this incident. According to MSNBC there was and undercover cop “on the scene when a pack of angry motorcycle riders chased down and beat a Range Rover driver….There is no evidence the officer took part in the assault on driver Alexian Lien, but he also did not assist the victim or call 911”
It’ll be interesting to see how this will unfold regarding this “undercover cop”.
