My vote has to go to Sorrento Valley. Mostly business, only a few small residential areas. Which make it great if you work in the high tech telecom industry, which I do. Weather wise, it’s just as good as LJ and it’s only 10 min away from the beach. Yet it’s close enough to the freeway, you can go practically anywhere easily. Also, the price is very decent compare to all other coastal towns.
