San Diego real estate will “Party Like It’s Nineteen-Ninety-Three.”

Early in the year the real estate industry will produce a mantra such as …
“We’ll be fine by 2009”

By fall the mantra will become…
“We’ll be up again in 2010”

Eventually they will be correct
