My guess is a firm maybe.
But at the same time I do think things are about take off a lot faster than most are expecting.
With congressional elections next year, I would guess the stimulus will start hitting main street where it counts by next summer , Just my opinion.
In short, I would not count on a big drop in the economy over the next year myself.
Not that I am saying they would time the stimulus or anything like that.
