My dad had a small no-name company as the insurer on one of his rentals. When a major unfortunate incident arose, they refused to pay. He had to take them to court to get them to pay up (he won).
He has sworn to only go with companies with good reputations from now on.
I guess what I’m trying to say is installing a new heating system now may end up saving you money in the long run…
