My brother is Gay and is well connected in the Gayworld for lack of a better term. Knows lots of actors, musicians, etc. And he told me years ago that Nicole Kidman & Tom Cruise’s marriage was a 10 year contract. I didn’t believe it, but man he left her about 20 seconds after they hit the ten year mark. He claims that Katie Holmes was the 3rd actress who was offered this 10 year contract. The first two ( I forget who they were now) turned him down. So Katie said yes but wrote in that she had to have her own children. That was for some reason a sore point for Tom. Pretty strong evidence that both of his previous wives didn’t get pregnant until after they left him. Mimi Rogers outright said publically that she divorced Tom because she decided that she didn’t want to go through life without kids and so she had to leave him in order to do that.
