maybe I am stuck in a negative vein so take my thoughts with a grain of salt.
What is the attraction to CV? I have never understood it. Personally that is very low on my list of places I would live in SD. Is it just predictable and clean, I feel like there are many other areas that fit that bill for a lot less. Hell if you like developments go with liberty station. Much more to do, and good schools to boot. Again, maybe this is just me.
Caveat…I have a serious aversion to planned communities.
