Mark Holmes: My friend, you and I are on the same page. I am absolutely stunned every month when the sales figures come in and I see how many people are still buying homes in bubble markets. But a case(s) in point are the people who show up on this board each month asking if XXXX price in XXXXX neighborhood is a good deal because they are ready to buy. Have they been hiding under a rock or do they just not believe that there is a housing bubble and the air is leaking out of it?
