Many high end buyers are coming from out of the area. I have a firend visiting from the east coast.He lives in a suburb of NYC (about 30 minutes from NYC along the train line for commuting in NJ) and would love to live in one of the nice towns near the Jersey Shore. He looked at some of my listings and thought our prices were CHEAP!
