YOu want to see the True Impact of sit down Pano Ocean View in that hood … watch out for 6707 Barberry … My estimate is getting sold for around 1.35 Million … BTW its much smaller than Coneflower and Petunia.

There are no true value ocean view on coneflower and Pyrus. You dont pay for Peak Views or Views from higher foor. Those are not in “demand”.
