Looks like they haven’t dropped the price any in 2 years…in fact, it has went up a grand.
I’ve spent a lot of time in the areas around Amarillo and spent the night there several times. If that is what you want out of life, fine…I won’t poke fun at you. But I’d never be happy there.
And at this point, I think you can get 4000sf for $599K in quite a few spots in San Diego county. I would think that the home must be quite overpriced since it sits in Amarillo – which I always thought was quite a bit cheaper than San Diego. Shrug.
