Looks like “Grateful Owner” is in better shape than 99% of others who have a mortgage. He can afford it if his home goes into negative territory. Enjoy your home. (I bet you get a lot of new neighbors over the next four to five years)
JWM makes a very valid point in regards to what the future has in store.
