There might be a small uptick in tickets due to the city budget, but it’s more to save their jobs then to fund pothole filling.
The place where cities make the most money from tickets is the red light cameras. They make half of every 400 dollar ticket (the camera operators make the other half). Expect more of those in the next few years. Easy money.
