Landlords love people like the one quoted above. We really do. How do you think we make all that $$$$$?
Well, for the moment. It makes more sense to me right now to rent and invest the money I’m saving in shorting the banks and builders.
When the bottom hits I’ll buy. Then you’ll be left fighting over all the broke FB’s with sh!t credit. You know, the ones that trashed their houses before tossing the keys.
Don’t worry though, I’m sure they’ll make great tenants!
