LA_R, thanks for that. We got sales and price data for May from DataQuick a few weeks ago, published in the LA Times. I thought it showed 2,333 OC sales = 1,683 SFRs and 650 condos. This is different from the 2,675 number here. Do you know what the difference is, and why they’d be making an announcement now?
