According to all our neighbors, who have lived here for 10-25+ years, this type of activity is uncommon. They were quite shocked about the prostitute situation and the graffiti by gangs has only been a recent thing within the last few years.Though, that doesn’t make me feel better…
Of course we did not know any of this when we first moved in… but knowing it now makes me hesitant to stay here for the long haul, nonetheless buy.
