La Cresta is having a lot of REO’s these days, went to see one yesterday, it was nice for the price I guess (listed at about 600K) sitting at the very top of the hill with a view of T.V. that was spectacular to say the least.
I guess this could have fetched 1.5 mil at the top of the market, but just seemed to close to were I live currently to pay twice as much even for five acres (if I could throw a rock about twice as far as I think I can then I could have hit my home I think) .
I guess there is always the prestige thing going once you get over the view thing.
