Kind of cool. I don’t know if I could live in such crowded environment as that building, but it looks like a very effective way of construction. It does require quite a bit of pre-planning and quality control (all parts have to fit together to be effective). The statement

could be quite true. It is applying ‘mass production’ techniques to large building construction – ie. Henry Ford to the automobile..
